When the customer types out a message, it opens a ticket in Gorgias so your Support Team sees it and can respond to the customer right away. This helps you use Gorgias to handle all conversations generated by your Messenger bot campaigns.
When a customer responds to your bot campaign by clicking on one of the Quick Replies, that won't open a ticket in Gorgias - a ticket will be created only once the customer sends a message manually.
