Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Purands on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- In the Purands app, go to Settings → Integrations → Gorgias:
- Add your Gorgias subdomain and authorize the app:
- Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created in Gorgias, and there will be an indication of a successful setup in Purands:
- To disconnect the integration, simply click on the Gorgias integration in Purands and click on ‘Disconnect’:
