This integration was built by our partners, and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Tratrack is an advanced shipment tracking and customer engagement platform designed for modern e-commerce brands.

The integration with Gorgias allows merchants to proactively inform customers about their deliveries through branded tracking emails, wallet notifications, and real-time shipment status updates — significantly reducing “Where is my order?” support tickets.

Tratrack centralizes shipment tracking across 50+ carriers, detects delivery issues in real time (delays, blocked parcels, failed deliveries), and automatically notifies customers before they contact support. With a no-code email editor, brands can personalize tracking notifications with their logo, colors, and product recommendations to drive qualified traffic and additional revenue.

The integration is fast, frictionless, and designed to deliver measurable ROI from day one.

Integration benefits

  • Reduce WISMO tickets by proactively notifying customers about delivery status changes, potential delays, and issues before they feel the need to contact support.
  • Increase customer engagement and repeat visits with branded tracking emails and wallet notifications.
  • Detect delivery issues early and take proactive action before they escalate, helping you protect customer satisfaction and reduce support tickets.

Steps

  • From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find Tratrack on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Authorize the app.
  • Once completed, an HTTP integration will be created:

In order for a ticket to be created in Gorgias, a workflow needs to be configured in the Tratrack app, and once one has been configured, whenever a customer’s parcel status changes, you can trigger a workflow that will create a Gorgias ticket containing the customer and parcel information, and the corresponding app tags:

The status update is automatic, but it can also be triggered manually:

Once the selected event is triggered, it will create a corresponding ticket in Gorgias:

Regardless of a ticket being created, a widget will appear for customers who have Tratrack data available:
