JustCall's Gorgias phone and SMS integration lets you call and text your customers easily using the helpdesk. You can track your activities in Gorgias, as the system will create a ticket in your account for every call/text that you make/receive.
You can get the JustCall Chrome extension to make calls or send messages directly from your browser without having to pick up your phone - you get a click-to-call button next to every phone number on the right-hand ticket sidebar. Please keep in mind that you can only reply to a text through the Chrome extension. Check out their documentation for more help, if needed.
Steps
1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.
2. Search for JustCall and click on it.
3. Click on Connect App and Authorize.
Inbound and outbound calls are created as closed tickets in Gorgias, while voicemails and missed calls are created as open tickets.
